Four Years of Yoga
"Four Years of Yoga" - Vier Jahre Yoga. It was four years ago, today, that I took my first Yoga class. Thanks to all my teachers: Ana, Cat, Deedie, Eileen, Jeanne, Jen, Karin, Kat, Kerry, Mary, PJ, Susan and Tricia.

The Beverly Chamber of Commerce has released its new 2009 Membership Directory and Resource Guide. The cover image shows a detail of one of my favorite places in Beverly, MA: Long Hill - Sedgwick Garden.
This is most likely going to be the last issue that I participated in. Unfortunately, the Chamber recently underwent major changes.
